More rental. Less work.^TM

It has been about a year since we started advertising our beach house on Bookabach. We've had wonderful results with more requests than we can accommodate, even during the off peak times. Most of our renters have been fellow New Zealanders although we've also let the place to people from England, Canada, and Australia. We're currently building up a group of 'return' renters - a great situation as they know they like the place and we know they are responsible, trustworthy tenants. The Bookabach system works very well for us and is really the only place we need to advertise.
