    Your listing includes all the information needed to market your property effectively. You have full control over this content and can take your listing offline and make changes when ever you want. You can refer people directly to your listing use your unique property name or number, e.g. www.bookastay.com.au/buena-vista or www.bookastay.com.au/555. You choose the specific "locale" for your listing. It will also appear under the parent districts, regions, state and country pages.

    Bookastay receives thousands of visitors every day. The website has been heavily optimised for major search engines (Google, Yahoo and Bing) and we operate paid search (SEM) and social media campaigns on Google, Facebook and Twitter. We also market direct to members of the Bookastay network (200,000+ people at the time of writing this) through email newsletters, and through marketing partnerships with other online and print media partners.

    Bookastay saves you (and all the holiday-makers who use the website) time. Our goal is to make finding a securing a rental holiday home as easy and as efficient as possible. You receive rental requests that are date-qualified, based on known availability. We put you in direct contact with rental prospects through email and SMS text alerts. If you share your property with other owners, family and friends you can add them to your property and give them the option to make their own bookings. They'll be able to see when the property is available and when it's booked. If you use a property manager or booking agent add them too - so they can manage your rental enquiries.

    Keep track of all your rental enquiries online

    Our calendaring system helps you keep track of your rental business from first contact through to confirmed bookings. If you use other sources of rental marketing you can add these bookings manually and keep track of these through Bookastay too. If you have your own website you can quickly and easily add a calendar, booking form and picture gallery using our web widgets. Any booking requests made via your website automatically appear on your Bookastay calendar and can be tracked as having come from your website.

    Member feedback to give you confidence

    The Bookastay network of websites operates a member feedback system much like popular auction websites. With every enquiry you get from an existing Bookastay member you receive a link to their feedback. You'll see their rental history and testimonials from other owners and property managers. Also, holiday-makers want to feel confident that the information they see on a website reflects reality. The member feedback and guest book entries you receive directly improve your "look-to-book".
