  •   Your site is awesome... We initially thought renting our Whangaparoa bach through Bookabach would pay the rates and insurance. In our first year we have rented out nearly 200 nights - and in every case the tenants have been great - its so nice to share what we think is special. Makes it so much more affordable and gives you a warm fuzzy too!

  •   It has been about a year since we started advertising our beach house on Bookabach. We've had wonderful results with more requests than we can accommodate, even during the off peak times. Most of our renters have been fellow New Zealanders although we've also let the place to people from England, Canada, and Australia. We're currently building up a group of 'return' renters - a great situation as they know they like the place and we know they are responsible, trustworthy tenants. The Bookabach system works very well for us and is really the only place we need to advertise.

What a find, I am so pleased with the results. And we are on the 60 day trial period but I will certainly be using Bookabach all year around.

But since joining I no longer use newspaper advertising. Not at all. This worked out to be about three inquiries a week during the spring and summer months, and continued to generate an inquiry every week during the winter off season as well. Our property has been booked by families from the full length of New Zealand, and from overseas as well...It's the only advertising I do for our holiday house now...
